   崔磊,男,医学博⼠。同济⼤学医学院再⽣医学系教授,博⼠⽣导师。同济⼤学附属上海市同济医院再⽣医学临床中⼼主任。任徐州医科⼤学附属医院整形外科、南京中医药⼤学附属医院整形外科、新疆医科⼤学第⼀附属医院整形外科(博⼠⽣导师)、北京市红⼗字⾎液中⼼客座教授。曾任首都医科⼤学附属北京世纪坛医院整形美容科、中⼼实验室主任。 任中国医师协会整形外科分会委员,中国整形美容协会医学美容全国重点实验室主任。历任 中国整形美容协会抗衰老分会副会长,中国医促会肿瘤整形外科分会常委,中国医促会创面治疗分会常委。曾担任河南省、哈尔滨市特聘专家。主要从事⼲细胞、组织⼯程与再⽣医学研究及整形外科临床等⼯作。

   承担国家“973”组织⼯程研究⼦项目、国家“ 863”重⼤专项、国家自然科学基⾦面上项目等多项课题。以第⼀或通讯作者发表SCI论⽂62篇;单篇他引超200次/2篇。获授权发明专利15项。主笔《黄家驷外科学》中组织⼯程章节。作为专家组组长,主持制定的《组织⼯程化 组织移植治疗技术管理规范》已由卫⽣部正式颁布施⾏。 应约为“Nature  Communication” 、 “iScience” 、“Advanced   Healthcare  Materials” 、“Biomaterials” 、“International   Journal of Biological   Sciences” 、“Journal of Materials   ChemistryB” 、“iScience” 、“Experimental、Cell Research”等审稿。

   中华⼈民共和国建国70周年国家纪念奖章获得者(中共中央、国务院、中央军委颁布)。获国家技术发明⼆等奖(第⼆完成⼈)、教育部科技进步⼆等奖(第⼀完成⼈)、上海市 科技进步⼀等奖等多种奖励 。先后获北京市医管局“扬帆计划”、上海市“ 曙光学者”、上海市“ 优秀学科带头⼈”、上海市科委“启明星”、“启明星后”、全国优秀青年骨⼲教师等⼈才奖励及荣誉。

主要学术成果:

国际上最早进⾏组织⼯程与⼲细胞研究的重要研究者之⼀。 开创了早期组织⼯程技术体内进⾏组织再⽣与组织修复的研究,研究成果获国家技术发明⼆等奖 。开创性应用⼲细胞进⾏体内骨组织再造与骨缺损研究, 并在临床研究中得到证实。研究成果获教育部科技进步⼆等奖。

国际上最早开展脂肪⼲细胞研究的研究者。应用脂肪⼲细胞进⾏了多种组织的构建与体内组织修复⼯作。 其中,基于脂肪⼲细胞的骨组织⼯程技术,在临床研究中得到初步验证 ,成功解决骨不连、股骨头坏死、 骨良性肿瘤切除后骨缺损等临床疑难问题。

在⼲细胞体内诱导免疫耐受、体外再造组织的长期冻存、 透明关节软骨再⽣、⼤体 积器官的体外再造等领域实现了关键技术突破,为基于⼲细胞的组织器官再造奠定了多项平 台技术基础。研发并制备了多种可降解⽣物支架材料,为多种组织/器官的再造提供了重要 的材料平台技术。

发现了骨关节炎发病的新的分⼦机制,明确了多个药物治疗的靶点。为开发新的核 酸及小分⼦药物奠定了基础,研究成果发表于国际权威期刊 ,并已获国家发明专利。

在淋巴⽔肿的发病机制及⼲细胞治疗领域进⾏了重要的探索 。建立了脑胶质瘤、 骨 ⾁瘤的体外新型类器官模型,研究成果发表于国际权威杂志 。在慢性创面、导致不孕不育的 宫腔黏连、 眼表损伤等临床治疗⽅面, 开发了多项创新性技术。部分技术已经初步完成临床 转化或形成专家共识。

临床及管理⼯作:

在上海交通⼤学医学院附属上海第九⼈民医院整形外科⼯作多年, 熟练掌握疤痕整复、局部皮瓣 、 扩张器等常规⼿术。⼯作重点是显微外科进⾏组织器官修复重建, 完成断指再 植、 头皮撕脱伤、前臂皮瓣阴茎再造等多项⼿术。

熟悉公立三甲医院科室运⾏的政策法规、流程、⼈员搭配等;在团队组建、增强凝聚⼒、提升学术⽔平等⽅面,积累了丰富的经验,对医疗美容市场有较深刻的把握。

作为科主任主持⼯作后,首都医科⼤学附属北京世纪坛医院整形美容外科成功申报为“ 整 形外科专业硕⼠点”。 经过5年的建设,已多次进⼊复旦⼤学学科排名100名, 最⾼排名33名 。在作为科主任期间,主持设立的慢性创面门诊 ,是唯⼀进⼊北京市医管局特⾊科室的创面治疗学科。 建立了首都医科⼤学唯⼀、北京市第三家颅颌面治疗中⼼。 在国内较早开展了脂肪移植乳腺癌术后乳房重建的治疗。。

领衔成立了“中国整形美容协会医学美容重点实验室”,拟以此重点实验室为学术平台 ,推动全国整形美容相关研究的相互沟通、 交流与合作, 积极探索解决困扰整形美容学科发展的基础科学问题, 成为全国整形美容研究的领导者。 该实验室曾临时落户于北京世纪坛医 院并在寻找新的落户单位。
