研究领域
黄静教授课题组的研究领域主要是通过化学工具和手段,对生物大分子进行修饰、调控;研究DNA从识别到修饰、从损伤到修复的过程。从分子水平研究细胞衰老、死亡的机理,为相关疾病靶向治疗提供理论基础和新思路。研究方向涉及化学生物学,细胞生物学,药学、基础医学等多学科的交叉。具体研究方向包括:
1、DNA损伤修复机理与基因组的稳定性
2、生物大分子的化学调控
3、靶向药物的设计及其作用机理研究
