研究领域
主要从事减毒工程菌介导的肿瘤分子影像与治疗及肿瘤微环境免疫调控等方向的研究。工程化溶瘤细菌能够在肿瘤组织中高度富集，显示出高度的肿瘤靶向特异性。利用减毒菌株能作为癌症治疗药物的运送和表达载体，为肿瘤靶向治疗提供新的方案。
