研究方向:

   采用多种细胞和动物模型,结合生物化学、分子生物学、蛋白组学等交叉学科的研究方法,深入探讨自噬、线粒体自噬、线粒体稳态的分子机制及其在肿瘤、神经退行性疾病等多种人类重大疾病中的功能;筛选鉴定自噬、线粒体自噬的新型调控剂,开发相关小分子药物提供。方向包括但不限于:

1.自噬、线粒体自噬的分子调控机制;

2.基于自噬、线粒体自噬的分子调控网络,开展改善和治疗肿瘤、神经退行性疾病 的小分子新型药物研发。

3.其他选择性自噬的分子调控机制。
